If you are an experienced tub refinisher, you will be compensated at a higher rate. If you don't have any experience with refinishing but you have experience working with your hands in similar trades industries, you will receive on the job training to build this skill for future opportunities and growth.
You'll preferably have knowledge and experience with HVLP and airless spray guns for painting. Any experience painting cars will translate well. Must have reliable transportation. You will be motivated to grow and enjoy learning a lifelong trade.
You'll receive $18 per hour for training period - piecework payouts once you are able to produce work without trainer. Payouts higher then any other providers in our industry and health care plans are coming soon! Gas allowance is available. When you come with experience and skills, you will be compensated at a higher rate.
