Wanted Structural Framing Site Supervisor in the Tampa Bay Region, for a very busy Framing company located in St. Petersburg Florida.
Bi Lingual is a plus, must have own truck, but gas will be paid for. Looking for sub-contractor superintendent with liability insurance and comp or comp exempt. Would be willing to hire salary position for right person. Must have 15years structural wood framing experience in Florida and if you owned your own framing company it would be a plus. Looking for someone who can meet crew at jobsite, coordinate work with Builder, crew and our office, make punch lists as needed, verify framing complete per print and help with material short orders (etc).
