Aderhold Roofing is seeking an experienced Steep Slope Roofing Service Foreman to lead our team of specialists in servicing and repairing tile, shingle, and metal roofs. Responsibilities:
Supervise and direct a team of service technicians on steep slope roofing projects.
Assess and diagnose issues with tile, shingle, and metal roofs, and oversee repair solutions.
Ensure safety protocols are strictly followed on all job sites.
Collaborate with project managers and communicate effectively with clients to ensure service satisfaction.
Requirements:
Minimum 5 years’ experience in steep slope roofing, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
Deep understanding of tile, shingle, and metal roofing systems.
Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
Strong leadership, problem-solving, and customer service skills.
