Now Hiring Skilled Tradesman and Woman for busy commercial real-estate company needing skilled building maintenance trades workers. We have 33 properties in the immediate downtown area and are all within one and half miles of each other. We are seeking individuals with a good set of building trades skills who can handle fast paced work order service calls and are capable of assessing repairing or replacing any number of building maintenance related issues.
Must be able to do:
Painting, Plumbing, Electrical, Drywall, Doors windows and all basic trades repairs. All major issues are third party vender handled. Must have proper work vehicle and own tools. Must be legal to work and must be able to speak English. We need dependable responsible good time management techs. We are primarily seeking 1099 sub contractors, but are willing to direct hire the right tech with right experience. Wages can commence above average for right experienced individual. We pay on call bonuses for weekend work and routinely award merit bonus's for above and beyond average work performed.
