Positions Available:
Skilled Tradesmen (e.g., carpenters, plumbers, electricians, painters, HVAC technicians)
Cleaners (interior and exterior common areas)
Janitorial Staff (general building upkeep and maintenance support)
Responsibilities:
Perform assigned work efficiently and to a high standard.
Maintain safety protocols and comply with OSHA regulations.
Work collaboratively with team members and property management.
Ensure common areas, amenities, and building systems remain in excellent condition.
Provide courteous and professional service to residents and staff.
Requirements:
Have own tools and insurance - If applying for skilled trades positions.
Relevant trade certifications or licenses for skilled trades positions.
Previous experience in cleaning or janitorial roles preferred.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Must be reliable, punctual, and authorized to work in the U.S.
