We are a commercial roofing company located in the Tampa Bay Area looking for experienced Roofing Formen and Helpers. Our ideal candidate has two or more years of experience. Must be proficient in all aspects of roofing, mainly TPO.
Roofing Foreman Duties and Responsibilities
Manage helper throughout, repair, or removal projects.
Ensure compliance with safety procedures and regulations.
Proficient with technology to complete work orders/timesheets.
Excellent customer service skills.
Needs to identify leak areas and complete thorough investigation/repair.
Must be reliable with attendance and maintain a good work ethic.
You must be bilingual, both English and Spanish!
Helper Duties and Responsibilities
Willing to follow instructions.
Be professional in dealing with customers.
Assist with application repair, cleaning, applying roof material, etc.
Help locate and repair roofing deficiencies.
Ensure compliance with safety procedures and regulations.
Must be reliable with attendance and maintain a good work ethic
