The GAF Roofing Academy is hosting a FREE Introduction to Roof Coatings Application and Installation Training & Career Placement Opportunity. This roof coatings class provides an overview of the industry, focusing on the growth driven by acrylic and silicone coatings. Students will learn about chemistry, applications, and installation, gaining hands-on experience and best practices for evaluating and installing roof coatings. Graduates of the program will interview with local contractors for immediate hire into the roofing industry. Participants will also have the opportunity to earn their OSHA10 certification, for free, outside of training hours. Serious inquiries only! Program Details:
- Graduates will receive a certificate of completion as a GAF Roofing Academy Certified Graduate and gain valuable skills in this rapidly expanding sector of the roofing industry.
- Upon Completion, graduates will have the opportunity to interview with our certified contractors and employers in the area for full-time employment.
- Upon proof of employment in the roofing industry, graduates will receive a stipend check or cash card worth $200
towards tools.
- Transportation to and from the training facility is the responsibility of the attendee.
- Light breakfast and lunch are provided each day.
