Job Description:
We are looking for a talented Carpenter who is passionate about their craft and takes pride in delivering high-quality work. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in carpentry, with the ability to execute a variety of tasks, from framing and installations to detailed finish work. This role requires a keen eye for detail, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Key Responsibilities:
Measure, cut, and shape wood, plastic, and other materials.
Construct, install, and repair structures and fixtures such as windows, doors, cabinetry, floors, siding and furniture.
Inspect and replace damaged framework or other structures and fixtures.
Operate hand and power tools safely and efficiently.
Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
Collaborate with other team members and contractors to ensure project completion on time and within budget.
Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Carpenter.
Proficient in using hand and power tools.
Strong understanding of carpentry techniques and methods.
Excellent understanding of safety standards and procedures.
High attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Good physical condition and stamina.
Valid driver’s license
Must have your own transportation and tools
Preferred Qualifications:
Certification or apprenticeship in carpentry.
Experience in residential and/or commercial construction.
Knowledge of building codes and regulations.
