Seeking a skilled tradesperson with well-rounded handyman skills to install outdoor kitchens made out of precast concrete slabs while following a set blueprints. Each kitchen features:
Precast concrete kitchen structure (including concrete countertops and backsplashes)
Stainless steel cabinets, drawers, and sinks
Outdoor kitchen appliances (including grills, side burners, vent hoods, fridges)
Stone veneer (for most but not all kitchens)
Please note that precast concrete components can be very heavy. Installers should be able to manipulate and place heavy components.
Most jobs are located in the Tampa and St. Pete areas. Ideally, installer would be able to service both areas (but this isn't a requirement). Installer would be a 1099 contractor paid hourly. Mileage is not included. Installers are expected to arrive with all supplies and tools needed to complete install. Kitchen components (precast concrete, appliances, stone veneer, etc.) will be delivered to the job site the morning of install or the day before.
