You understand how to use equipment related to that trade and bonus if you can fix/maintain that equipment. You are willing to learn other skills outside of your specialty that you haven't had experience in and like to do a variety of tasks, rather than one thing all the time. You have a valid drivers license and have experience driving a trailer. You enjoy customer interaction and are willing to look and sound 'professional'.
