Looking for skilled concrete laborers and finishers

We're a small concrete and masonry company looking for a few guys. I pay cash daily and am looking for a few guys to add onto my crew. Must know what you are doing as I don't have time to train and don't tolerate bs. I pay good and have tools, equipment and have been doing this for 30 years so I'm building and looking for good laborers and finishers to come aboard. Pay is good and based on experience, I've got the work and work along side the crews so if your looking for part time work to prove yourself this might be a full time position.
