Looking For Roofers and Laborers No Crews

I'm looking for one good roofer and laborers to join my crew. 40hr weeks one hour lunch and off by 330. Labors need not have any experience but must be willing to work in Florida sun. I am willing to teach the right person if they are willing to learn.Will provide transportation if local. I start labors at $18 hr, but i have and no problem giving raises to hard work people. Skilled roofers pay Negotiable.
