We are a large property management company in Hillsborough and Pinellas counties. One of our long-time handymen had personal issues and stopped working with us. We are looking for a skilled carpenter who can do drywall, paint, occasionally replace kitchen cabinets and vanities, etc.
We pay by the job. You will need insurance and a worker's comp exemption. If you need help getting these, we can easily provide the information you need to do it quickly.
Our vendors work for us for very long periods of time because we don't yell and curse, pay them within the week, and have a steady stream of work. We ask in return for integrity and to stand behind your work. You will be talking to me, the owner. You will sometimes be doing work with tenants in place so we need a background check and drug test that we will pay for.
