Job Responsibilities:
Lead and oversee painting projects from start to finish, ensuring high-quality workmanship and efficiency.
Supervise a team of painters, providing guidance, training, and support as needed.
Prepare surfaces by scraping, sanding, priming, and repairing imperfections.
Apply paints, stains, and coatings using brushes, rollers, and spray equipment.
Mix and match paint colors to meet project specifications.
Ensure adherence to safety protocols and company procedures on job sites.
Communicate with clients and project managers to ensure job requirements are met.
Maintain tools, equipment, and job site cleanliness.
Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise during painting projects.
Requirements:
Minimum 5 years of experience in residential and commercial painting.
Proven leadership skills and experience managing a team.
Strong knowledge of various painting techniques, tools, and materials.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints, work orders, and project specifications.
Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
Ability to lift heavy equipment, work at heights, and perform physical labor.
Own tools and equipment such as whites, brushes and rollers
