NKBA Construction LLC is a family-owned construction company specializing in residential remodeling & additions; and we are looking for an experienced plumber to join our team.
When we say independent, what we mean is someone who has a license under their name or is a registered agent and who's business isn't too large and commercial.
Ideally your license is attached to an LLC or equivalent and you have less than 10 people total on payroll.
We're hoping to partner with a small plumber and help them build their business all while helping us with our business by taking care of the plumbing scopes on our projects.
Must be comfortable with construction plumbing projects: start to finish, including new residential construction.
Must be able to read site plans & understand the scope of work.
Must be able to maintain professionality while on a job.
A1A construction contracts signed for every job.
Bilingual a plus but not required.

Pay schedule is based on contracts or price lists and paid throughout the entirety of the job.
Deposit, Rough In, Close Up, Final.
So let's say you have a $5,000 contract for a job - One way the pay can be summarized is below
Deposit will be between 25-50% - if Deposit is 50%:
Deposit - scope of work agreed, site walk through complete, list of all materials needed, all questions answered by GC and your schedule of when work will be completed has been communicated with Office Manager and General Manager - 50%
Rough In - pass inspections get a check - 25%
Close Up - substantial completion - functionally complete - may be missing something cosmetic but it works, no leaks, etc - 15%
Final inspection passed, client is happy and approved of work - 10%
