Physically Capable: Able to lift 50+ lbs, climb a 40’+ ladder comfortably, and withstand high temperatures.
Good Communicators: Effective in both verbal and written communication.
Customer-Focused: Professional, presentable, and courteous in interactions with clients.

What You'll Do:
Hands-On Learning: Acquire specialized roofing skills through on-the-job training.
Collaborative Work: Assist with roofing repairs, maintenance, and inspections.
Problem Solving: Address and resolve leaks and other roofing issues.
Customer Interaction: Build professional relationships with clients.
Documentation: Photograph repairs and damages for records.
Communication: Relay information to our Service Department accurately and promptly.
