We are thrilled to announce an opening for an additional Facilities Technician to enhance our Operations Staff. This vital role requires a skillful hand in landscaping and groundkeeping, along with shared responsibilities in maintenance, cleaning, and facility management.
Ideal Candidate Qualifications:
Extensive Landscaping Experience: You have a green thumb and a passion for creating and maintaining beautifully manicured outdoor spaces.
Handyman Experience: Skilled in a variety of maintenance tasks, you’re comfortable with a wide range of repairs and upkeep.
Tool Proficiency: Whether it’s a wrench or a mower, you know your tools and how to use them effectively.
Ability to Follow Directions: You efficiently apply both verbal and written instructions on the job.
Team Player: Collaborative and supportive, you work well within a team to achieve common goals.
Physical Fitness: Strong and healthy, capable of handling physically demanding tasks with ease, especially in the challenging Florida weather.
Position Flexibility:
Full-Time: This is a full-time position with varying days.
Compensation: $18-20 per hour based on experience.
