What You’ll Do
Diagnose, service, and repair residential HVAC systems (furnaces, A/C, heat pumps, ductless)
Deliver exceptional customer service on every call
Recommend solutions that improve comfort, efficiency & reliability
Maintain accurate records of work performed
Represent Air Support with professionalism and integrity
What We’re Looking For (Must-Haves)
2–5+ years of residential HVAC service experience
EPA Section 608 Certification (Universal preferred)
Valid driver’s license & clean driving record
Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
Ability to lift 50+ lbs, climb ladders, and work in confined spaces
Comfortable working independently and managing time effectively
Excellent communication skills—able to explain technical issues clearly
Professional, reliable, and team-oriented

Monday–Friday
Rotating weekends
Overtime available

$125,000+ per year (average take-home for top techs)
