Caliber Tree Experts, LLC is looking to hire experienced groundman for our growing company located in Clearwater, FL.
Applicants responsibilities include:
At least 5 year of experience in tree trimming, landscaping, grounds maintenance or directly related occupation
At least 5 year experience running chainsaws, running a chipper, running ropes, loading a trailer properly, cutting wood correctly and basic knowledge for starting and finishing a job
Making decisions on the job when needed and leading the crew when needed.
Strong work ethic
Great attitude
Team player
Requirements:
Valid Drivers License
Leadership skills and experience making decisions on a job; managing the crew when needed
Must have reliable transportation to and from work.
Typical shift is Monday through Friday, 7AM to 4PM.
Have a great attitude (Team player), Punctual
Be able to pass a background and drug test
Pay is dependent on experience.
