Experienced cabinet shop builder

Small shop look for an individual that is a self starter, has experience in cabinet construction, can read cutom cabinet prints, and have knowledge of wood working equipment. This shop is like a family and is a laxed fast paced working environment. This individual would cut cabinet parts, assemble cabinets and help with install from time to time. Not looking for anyone that needs to smoke "the big one" before work , finds the need to down a six pack at lunch or has somehow gotten the screen of there phone stuck to there finders. Looking for honest person that doesn't mind working for fair pay.
