Due to rapid growth, medical imaging equipment provider, Integrated Imaging Inc, is seeking an individual with strong electrical and mechanical knowledge who is interested in transitioning to the medical imaging industry. Utilizing skills and knowledge obtained from on-the-job-training, this entry-level Field Service Technician will be responsible for providing on-site installations, repairs, and preventative maintenance of medical imaging equipment.
Essential Functions
Assist and shadow other field service engineers in performing the following functions:
Perform preventative maintenance (PMs), including calibration of x-ray equipment. Attain competency to independently perform PM’s within first 30 days.
Utilize test devices and tools to adjust, calibrate, and repair x-ray equipment
Diagnose problems and make repairs
Assist engineers in loading, delivering, installing, and testing functionality
Call customers to schedule preventive maintenance appointments
Use computer for communications and to organize workflow calendar and log work performed

Requirements - Character Traits and Experience
Time management - arrives to work on time every day, manages workflow timely and consistently
Analytical and creative skills - troubleshooting, decision making, with aptitude for recommending appropriate solutions
Electrical and mechanical - experience reading electrical schematics and performing basic electrical wiring. Knowledge obtained from experience working with biomedical, biotechnical, medical devices, electronics, equipment repairs, installations, or other related fields
Travel - Maintain a valid driver’s license with good driving record. Availability to travel throughout central Florida on a regular basis, with occasional travel to further regions of Florida that may require an overnight stay
Ability to lift 50 pounds
Proficient with windows-based computers and experience with IT networking
