Essential Job Functions:
Run various HAAS multi axis CNC Mill machines: Maintain machine setup and tooling to produce high quality close tolerance parts
Employ knowledge of machine controls, program codes, fixtures and tool offsets, and CNC systems
Utilize all necessary gages and equipment to properly inspect parts
Troubleshoot minor issues
Perform other related tasks including but not limited to performing housekeeping tasks required to keep the work area safe, clean and organized
Other duties as assigned
Job Requirements:
3 and 4 axis machining experience; 5 axis a plus; HAAS experience preferred
Ability to work overtime as needed
Must be able to stand up 8 or more hours per day
Must be able to bend, stoop, use hands and lift up to 50 lbs unassisted
Hours: Mon – Fri 7am – 4:30pm
