Job Title: Carpenter - Deck King
Location: Pasco and Hernando County
Employment Type: Contract (1099)
Hours: 35-40 hours guaranteed

As we continue to expand our operations, we are seeking a skilled Carpenter to join our team.
Responsibilities:
Construct and install decks, pergolas, and other outdoor structures
according to specifications.
Measure, cut, and shape wood and other materials to precise dimensions.
Install decking materials, railings, stairs, and other components.
Collaborate with team members to ensure projects are completed efficiently and to the highest quality standards.
Adhere to safety protocols and regulations at all times.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Carpenter, preferably in deck construction or related field.
Proficiency in using a variety of hand and power tools.
Strong understanding of construction techniques and principles.
Ability to interpret blueprints and follow detailed instructions.
Reliable transportation and valid 1099 status.
Must have own tools.
