Must have substantial experience in the auto repair industry . Excellent customer relationship skills . Excellent sales ability . Must have the skill to retain walk in customers . Must be able to delegate authority in the proper way . At all times keep the office and the shop clean ! Proper documentation skills is a must ! I am getting ready to retire soon so there is ownership possibility for the right individual ! Must have a valid drivers license and have verifiable employment history .
