We’re currently seeking two Assistant Foremen with a strong work ethic, a passion for landscaping, and leadership experience to join our growing team. This is a fantastic opportunity for skilled individuals ready to take their careers to the next level in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities: Assist Foreman in managing landscaping projects from start to finish. Operate machinery including skid steers, trenchers, and other landscaping equipment. Install retaining walls, paver patios, and walkways with precision and quality. Install and maintain drainage systems to ensure long-lasting results. Perform hardscaping tasks like grading, planting shrubs, sodding, mulching, and rock installation. Lead and direct crew members, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and to high standards. Maintain a safe, organized, and productive work environment. Follow and enforce safety procedures and protocols. Demonstrate the ability to multitask and handle several responsibilities at once. What We’re Looking For: 2+ years experience as a Lead Foreman in landscaping or related field. Proven ability to operate heavy machinery and handle complex landscaping tasks. Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate teams. Clean, valid driver’s license and reliable personal transportation to and from work. Must be able to work 40+ hours per week. Background check required (must pass). Must have a clean driving record to operate company trucks. Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Ability to work in all weather conditions and perform physical labor. A team player who is dedicated to high standards of quality and safety. Ability to follow instructions, but also take initiative and lead when necessary.
