Native Green Fence and Landscape has been a trusted name in our community for over a decade and we are seeking motivated, career-driven professionals to join our small team. We have immediate openings for Residential Fence Installers ranging from Laborers to Foremen. Our shop is located in Gulfport and we service Pinellas County, Florida.
Our work primarily focuses on installing high-quality wood, PVC, and aluminum fences. Landscaping tasks are secondary to the installation of fences and typically include property cleanups and occasionally some new plantings.
What We Offer:
Full-Time position with Competitive pay ranging from $20 to $35 per hour commensurate with experience.

What We’re Looking For in Our Team Members:
Strong work ethic and commitment to quality craftsmanship
Positive attitude and consistency/reliability
Ability to work with a team and/or independently with little or no supervision
Professionalism when working with customers and team members
Construction and/or outdoor work experience is a plus
Candidates must be acclimated to working outside and able to frequently lift materials in excess of 50 lbs.
Valid U.S. Driver’s License with clean driving record
Job Duties and Requirements:
Arrive at our Gulfport workshop Mon-Fri at 8:00 AM
Load and safely strap materials on trucks and trailers
Drive company vehicle
Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications for fence installations
Measuring and laying out fence lines
Tear-out and haul off of old fences
Dig post holes and set posts in concrete
Install various types of residential fencing, including wood, PVC, and aluminum fencing
Operate and maintain power tools safely
Operating machinery including mini skid steers
