What You’ll Be Doing:

Technical Support: Diagnose, repair, and fix broken computers, as well as troubleshoot and resolve issues with desktop and server hardware/software with precision.

Network Diagnosis & Repair: Identify, diagnose, and resolve issues within network systems to ensure optimal performance.

Network Design & Implementation: Design, deploy, and support network infrastructures—from small setups to mid-sized systems.

Physical Installations: Manage physical network installations, including cabling, routers, and switches.

VoIP Management: Configure and oversee VoIP solutions to ensure reliable communication.

Cybersecurity: Implement robust network security measures to safeguard against cyber threats.

Client Service: Provide exceptional customer service that not only meets but exceeds client expectations.

Requirements:

Proven Experience: We prioritize hands-on expertise over certifications; your ability to perform is paramount.

Reliable Transportation: Required for travel to client sites as needed.

Physical Capability: Must be able to lift and carry equipment weighing over 50 lbs.

Work Authorization: Must be authorized to work in the U.S.

Positive Attitude: A professional demeanor complemented by a sense of humor is a plus.
