Role Description
This is a part-time hybrid role for a Field Service Technician, located in the Tampa/St. Pete Area, with some work-from-home flexibility. The Field Service Technician will be responsible for installing and maintaining POS systems, Cat 5 cabling, and providing network support. Day-to-day tasks include troubleshooting technical issues, performing regular maintenance, and ensuring optimal system performance for clients in the restaurant and hospitality industry.
Qualifications
Installation and maintenance of Toast POS systems
Experience with Cat 5 cabling and network support
Troubleshooting and technical issue resolution skills
Customer service orientation and communication skills
Flexibility to work on-site and remotely
Ability to travel within the Tampa/St. Pete Area
High school diploma or equivalent; technical certifications are a plus
Experience in the restaurant or hospitality industry is most beneficial
Bilingual a huge plus
