We are offering three options for our barbers.
Option 1)Chair Rental - be your own boss. Access to the shop 24/7.
Option 2) Hybrid Chair Rental- Be your own boss, access to the shop 24/7, lower rent with 10% going to the shop.
Option 3- you would be an employee/contractor of 7 Blades with set hours. It’s 60(you)/40(us) split.
Right now we are offering for chair rental and hybrid chair rental, your first two weeks rent free.
All barbers are featured on our website and we are in the process of integrating a book online option that allows clients to book directly with the barber.
We also provide virtual healthcare to all barbers.
