Qualifications:
- Previous experience in car sales or a related field is preferred but not required
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals effectively
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Proficient in using dealership software systems for inventory management and customer relationship management (CRM)
- Must have a valid driver's license
Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain relationships with customers to understand their needs and preferences
- Conduct vehicle presentations and demonstrate features and benefits to potential buyers
- Assist customers in selecting the right vehicle for their needs and budget
- Upsell additional products and services such as extended warranties, accessories, and financing options
- Maintain a thorough knowledge of current inventory, pricing, and promotions
- Utilize dealership software systems to track leads, manage customer information, and complete sales transactions
- Collaborate with the sales team to meet or exceed monthly sales targets
