As a Telemarketing Sales Representative, you will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers via phone calls to promote our latest car deals, schedule test drives, and ultimately drive sales.
Responsibilities:
Initiate outbound calls to prospective customers from provided leads database.
Build and maintain rapport with potential customers to understand their needs and preferences.
Schedule appointments for interested customers to visit our dealership for test drives and consultations.
Meet and exceed sales targets and objectives.
Keep detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.
Requirements:
Proven experience in telemarketing or sales, preferably in the automotive industry.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities.
Ability to work well in a team environment.
Goal-oriented with a passion for achieving sales targets.
Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software.
