We seek a dynamic, goal-oriented salesperson with a proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets to join our growing staffing firm.
The ideal candidate will have a proven sales and business development track record, with a strong understanding of the staffing industry. Must be willing to engage in door-to-door sales activities and be commutable to Wesley Chapel/Wiregrass
Responsibilities:
-Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking, industry knowledge, and research.
-Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their staffing needs and providing tailored solutions.
-Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goals and objectives.
-Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.
-Prepared and delivered presentations and proposals to potential clients.
-Collaborate with the recruitment team to ensure client needs are met.
-Track and report on sales performance metrics and adjust strategies as needed.
-Attend industry events and conferences to promote the company and expand the client base.
