This job requires someone that is extremely money motivated. Sales reps are required to set up their own daily routes to sell flooring.

Job Description
A growing flooring company is looking for individuals who are money motivated, intelligent, and responsible to participate in our fast-growing business!
Duties:
· Sales Development: Identify, prospect, and secure new business opportunities within the
assigned territory by targeting flooring distributors, contractors, builders, and retail stores.
· Account Management: Build and maintain relationships with existing clients to ensure
satisfaction, address concerns, and identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional
products.
· Product Knowledge: Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of hard surface flooring products
(hardwood, laminate, vinyl, and tile), including features, benefits, and installation requirements, to
educate clients and influence purchasing decisions.
· Sales Presentations: Conduct on-site product demonstrations, presentations, and sales calls to educate clients on the latest trends, products, and solutions in the flooring industry.
· Sales Targets: Achieve or exceed monthly and annual sales goals by effectively managing a sales pipeline and closing sales.
· Market Analysis: Research market trends, competitive products, and customer needs to adjust sales strategies and product offerings accordingly.
· Customer Support: Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring timely delivery of products.
· Collaboration: Work closely with the sales, marketing, and customer service teams to ensure a smooth order processing and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications:
· 0– 5 years of sales experience· Extremely organized, self starter· Eager to work independently and exercises good judgment.· Positive attitude, wants advancement· Comfortable engaging with Property managers, able to foster relationships with clients and understand their needs.
· Quick, self motivated learners.· If you are shy, this is not the role for you sorry.· Seeking extraverted individuals that do not mind striking up conversations with strangers· Must be proficient with basic math· Have a helpful and friendly attitude towards team members and customers
Schedule: 8 am- 5 pm Monday – Friday occasional weekend and/or evening

Base Pay is $39,000 with a 3% commission, uncapped earning potential with our top earners doing $175,000
