Responsibilities:

1. Develop and Implement Sales Strategies: Design and execute comprehensive sales plans to meet company objectives, including identifying target markets, segments, and key accounts. Conduct regular sales meetings and trainings to ensure alignment with company goals and initiatives.

3. Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients, understanding their business needs and aligning solutions to address challenges and opportunities. Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, providing expert guidance on how our managed IT services can help them achieve their strategic objectives. Actively engage with clients to anticipate their evolving needs and proactively propose solutions to drive value and satisfaction.

4. New Business Development: Drive the acquisition of new clients through proactive prospecting, networking, and relationship building activities. Identify and pursue opportunities for strategic partnerships and alliances that can enhance our market presence and expand our client base. Leverage industry contacts and market knowledge to uncover new business opportunities and secure profitable contracts.

5. Proposal Development and Presentation: Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and contract negotiations, effectively communicating the value proposition of our managed IT services. Collaborate with internal teams, including technical experts and solution architects, to develop customized proposals that address client requirements and differentiate us from competitors. Negotiate terms and conditions of contracts to ensure mutual satisfaction and minimize risks.

6. Sales Forecasting and Reporting: Monitor sales performance metrics, analyze trends, and provide regular reports to senior management, including forecasts, pipeline updates, and key performance indicators. Utilize CRM software to track sales activities, manage leads and opportunities, and generate insights that inform decision-making. Develop sales forecasts and budgets based on historical data, market analysis, and business projections.

Compensation:

- Salary for the Sales Manager position starts at $60,000 annually, with the potential for significant earning potential through performance-based incentives and commissions.

- Top-performing Sales Managers have the opportunity to earn upwards of $390,000 annually, based on achieving sales targets and exceeding performance expectations.
