Answer phone and internet leads, communicate and represent the company professionally.
Treat all customers politely and equally.
When necessary bring cars from auctions or mechanic shops
Ensure the merchandising is organized and all the cars are presentable
Accompany customers for test driving
Resolve customer complaints.
Help the General Manager/Owner with business administration when needed.
REQUIREMENTS

Proactive
Reliable, responsible and honest.
Must have a valid driver license and insurance.
