Here we grow again AFYS (All Florida Yacht Sales, Ruskin) is hiring a Sales Manager immediately. Come join our amazing company and learn from the best in the industry. While other sales products are declining, we in the boat business are experiencing explosive growth. The boat business is up 120% since 2020

Experience is necessary (Min. 5 years Retail Managerial Experience)—we value hard work, a keen desire to learn, respectfulness, and punctuality above all else. Take a moment to review the details below; they'll provide a clear understanding of what we're seeking and could be the opportunity you've been seeking!

Your journey with us starts with a probationary period in the first two weeks (no pay) to make sure we are a good fit for you and you are a good fit for us; after the 2 week probationary period, the pay will be $750 a week for the next 60 days, after which, we will discuss a solid base pay + commission.

Responsibilities:

Hire, train, and motivate new recruits; manage & control the onsite inventory and sell boats for gross profit.

- Cultivate and nurture client accounts, prioritizing a high level of customer satisfaction.

- Identify and explore new business opportunities through effective networking and market research.

- Offer expertise to clients regarding yacht/boat selling/ buying process with our company

- Collaborate seamlessly with fellow brokers to ensure optimal outcomes for clients.

Qualifications:

- Proven track record in sales management, showcasing success in outside sales.

- Fluency in Spanish is a valuable asset.
