Job Overview:

We are looking for a full-time employee willing to work 40 to 44 hours per week.

Our full-time Retail Sales Consultants earn between $72,000 to $120,000 per year Great things are in store… The top earners typically have the best follow-up skills and are dedicated to staying after hours to complete sales depending on your willingness to close deals. Individual starting salaries within this range may depend on geography, experience, expertise, education/training.

Let’s talk about what to expect:

‣We spend a substantial amount on marketing and advertising & provide you with 95% of your leads bringing customers to you so you do NOT have to cold call.

‣At the dealership, you’ll use a consultative no-pressure sales approach, guiding customers through their options, we have a 4.9 star Google Review rating and this is where your drive and passion for helping people will really shine.

‣You’ll work a schedule between 9am-6pm, including Saturday, so you can be there when our customers need us. We are closed on Sundays, so you will always have the freedom to relax and spend important time with friends & family.

‣This is a fast-paced environment, and being flexible and open to change will help you succeed in growing and meeting business needs.

‣Provide outstanding service during and after the sale.

‣Positive attitude with self-motivation.

‣Willingness to grow the business and treat it as if you were the owner.

‣Strong negotiating and follow-up skills.

‣Be open to other miscellaneous duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications: What we’re looking for…

‣A minimum of 2 years of retail or customer-facing sales experience, and bonus points if you have corporate or commissioned sales experience.

‣Customer Service: 1 year (required).

‣The ability to effectively deal with rapidly changing situations and integrate factual information into solutions while building relationships.

‣Strong verbal, written, presentation and interpersonal communication skills.

‣Strong computer and tech skills are required.

‣Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask.

‣Must be able work evenings, weekends and holidays, according to a variable schedule.

‣Maintain a casual but professional appearance and demeanor.

‣Must be responsible.

‣Must be Solution-Oriented.

‣Must be coachable.

‣Ability to build rapport with clients.

‣Ability to prioritize and multitask.

‣Excellent verbal communication skills.

‣Associates Degree or equivalent (Preferred).
