Responsibilities:
-Conduct roof inspections and provide accurate assessments to homeowners.
-Close sales on roofing projects (retail and insurance claims).
-Manage and mentor a team of 2-3 appointment setters.
-Ensure accurate documentation and project oversight.
-Build strong relationships with homeowners and provide exceptional customer service.
-Adhere to company policies and industry regulations (Florida Statute 489.147).
Qualifications:
-Proven track record of success in sales, preferably in the roofing or construction industry.
-Strong closing skills and the ability to overcome objections.
-Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
-Experience in managing or mentoring a team is a plus.
-Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
-Strong work ethic and a desire to succeed.
