Job Description: As a Sales Representative at USA First Roofing, you will be responsible for setting new appointments with homeowners to have a roofing specialist provide a complimentary consultation. Your role will focus on lead generation primarily through door-to-door prospecting. This is a commission-based position. All appointments that close receive a generous portion of the revenue earned from the project.
Key Responsibilities:
Drive door-to-door lead generation efforts to secure new appointment opportunities in residential homes.
Cultivate and maintain client relationships to close on appointments.
Follow up on potential leads.
Script and training provided. Just follow the proven process and make quick money.
No negotiation, no insurance claim work, no roof inspection, no roofing knowledge needed- just set appointments and let our roof experts do the rest.
Ideal Candidate:
Highly self-motivated with a strong enthusiasm for outdoor, hands-on sales activities.
Seeking a full-time, flexible position offering opportunities for both personal and professional development.
Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus, though not required.
