I'm a 5-Star Real Estate Agent/Investor in St Petersburg, FL with 25 years experience who needs an assistant to call potential sellers using a dialer. They are expired listings, so the seller tried unsuccessfully to sell with another agent. and now we are trying to convince them to consider a cash offer or list with me.
You would be logging into a website and using their 3 line dialer to make calls. You click a button and it automatically dials the list. When someone answers you just need to read a short script, asking them if they want to still sell their home, and then setting up a conversation with me if they do. You can work from home. Must have a computer and internet connection.
The pay is $150 for every appointment you setup for me, plus an additional 1.5% of the commission I'd earn if they agree to sign a contract with me. For example, a $500,000 home usually brings me a commission of $15,000. You would make a bonus of 1.5% of that, or $225, plus the $150 bonus. So $150 for the appointment + $225 when they sign a contract to list with me = $375 total to you for setting an appointment for that lead.
The key thing is that if you set an appointment, they have to actually be willing to meet me in person. If they change their mind, are completely unrealistic, or a total waste of time and I have to cancel the meeting, then you wouldn't receive pay. If you are good, you should get at least 1 appointment every 4 hours. I will close 60% of the appointments I go on.
