All Florida Yacht Sales is growing again. As a result, we are looking for one person to join our Team! We are looking for a Consignment Lot/Dealership Inventory Assistant Manager. We are seeking someone who is highly motivated, dedicated, and passionate about growing and building a strong working relationship with our team and clients.
The first two-week period are probationary, employees will receive a base training wage of $500 per week. This introductory phase serves as an assessment period to evaluate the individual's aptitude and proficiency for the position.
The purpose of this arrangement is to determine whether the candidate possesses the necessary abilities and skills required to perform the job effectively. This evaluation period allows both the employer and the employee to gauge the suitability of the match between the individual's capabilities and the job requirements.
Position Responsibilities:
Washing boats; maintaining the cleanliness of vessels stored (DAILY)
Daily overseeing Inventory Control on Dealership lot including new boats coming to the lot
Daily upkeep of Dealership grounds
Organization of the lot on a daily basis
Making service appointments as needed & assure they are followed through
Assisting agents with their daily needs: Preparing boats for Deliverys/Showings/Seatrials
Experience: Entry level-Intermediate
Must have general experience with boats
Must have reliable transportation
Must have a strong willingness to learn and grow
Looking for a dependable hardworking person to grow within the company
Plenty of room for growth
Must be able to work outside in all types of Weather
