In today's economy of desperation nobody gets a middle class life without doing something others won't.
The 99% want an easy, comfortable no-risk job and life.
They are not going to get it.
The 1% don't care about easy they just want it to pay off.
BEST JOB FOR HIGH PAY

There is nothing better than a commission sales job if you're good at it and nothing worse if you're not
Most reps don't know how to sell and soon go broke
They go back to begging for money from employers.
They want the employer to take the risk so they can live small and break even
But think about it if you take a salary job and don't sell you will be fired
Either way you have to close or die
Almost all reps believe that if hot air comes out of their face they are closers
They mimic the nonsense other reps say and get no results.
Why?
If you follow someone who is lost you will end up lost too.

I could quickly retrain reps using practical common sense methods that any rep with average intelligence and effort could increase sales by 10 or more.
Here's an example: Let's say you play golf but are really bad at it a golf pro could immediately see that your grip and swing were incorrect. He spends a few minutes retraining you and presto the ball goes down the fairway and into the hole.
You could have played for 100 more years and still have been terrible at the game. You gained a lot in minutes and now enjoy the game.
Sales is EXACTLY the same as any other skill. You can master the game with the right instructor.
I was a Top1% rep. I then built over 145 commission sales teams for client companies. I have recruited, trained and managed over 20,000 reps since 1987. I have take thousands of reps from failure or mediocrity to great success and big money.
