Our top performers earn up to $100k annually

-100% commission (provide Gas Card & $100/weekly car allowance).

-Commission is 10% of the sale.

-This is an almost 100% travel job within the sales territory. Requires to drive personal car.

-Sales territory is from Brooksville to Sarasota.

Job Summary:

The Comfort Advisor/Sales Representative will be a dependable self-starter that will meet with current and potential customers to evaluate their home and present options for new or replacement HVAC systems and components. The ideal candidate will cultivate existing client/customer relationships while farming for new ones utilizing their master communication skills.

Duties/Responsibilities:

-Builds and maintains a network of sources from which to identify new sales leads.

-Communicates with customers and leads to identify and understand their product or service needs; identifies and suggests products and services to meet those needs.

-Demonstrates the functions and utility of products or services to customers based on their needs.

-Ensures customer satisfaction through ongoing communication and relationship management; resolves any issues that may arise post-sale.

-Maintains communication with existing and previous customers, alerting them of new products, services, and enhancements that may be of interest.

-Maintains detailed reports of sales activities including calls, orders, sales, lost business, and any customer or vendor relationship problems.

-Provides periodic territory sales forecasts.

-Performs other duties as assigned.

Required Skills/Abilities:

-Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Spanish.

-Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.

-Excellent sales and negotiation skills.

-Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

-Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

-Ability to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment.

-Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.

Education and Experience:

-Experience in outside residential HVAC Sales (required)

-Bachelor’s degree in marketing, or Business a plus.

-Experience within Homebuilding Industry or related field a plus.

-Low Voltage/Home Automation and/or Residential Alarm/Security Sales a plus.

-Three to five years of related experience preferred.

-Bilingual (English/Spanish) Required.

Physical Requirements:

-Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.

-Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.

-Must be able to travel.
