Job Type: Part-Time / 2 Days a Week; 12:00pm-8:00pm
Job Summary:
Warden Protection is seeking a dedicated Security Officer to join our team and provide exceptional security services to a prestigious Homeowners Association (HOA) in Wesley Chapel, North Tampa. As a Security Officer, you will maintain a safe environment, enforce rules, and ensure the well-being of residents and guests. A valid D Security License is required.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain a visible and vigilant presence, ensuring the safety and security of the pool area.
- Enforce pool rules and promptly address violations to promote compliance.
- Conduct regular vehicle patrols, promptly responding to suspicious or disruptive behavior.
- Respond effectively to emergencies and incidents, following established protocols.
- Monitor and control pool capacity to ensure compliance with safety regulations.
- Provide exceptional customer service, assisting residents and addressing inquiries.
- Conduct inspections, report maintenance or safety issues promptly.
- Maintain accurate logs, incident reports, and documentation.
- Collaborate with HOA management and Warden Protection staff as needed.
- Stay updated on security protocols and emergency procedures.
Qualifications:
- Valid D Security License.
- Must have vehicle
- Must have Smarthpone
- Previous security experience preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Excellent observation skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to remain calm and decisive in high-pressure situations.
- Familiarity with pool safety regulations.
- Basic first aid and CPR certification desirable.
- Veteran friendly.
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to stand or walk for extended periods.
- Capability to perform physical tasks, such as lifting up to 50 pounds.
- Comfortable working outdoors in different weather conditions.
