Position Overview :
We are seeking multiple security professionals to join our team. Ideal candidates are level-headed, reliable, and skilled in de-escalating situations. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure the safety and security of patrons, performers, and staff while maintaining a friendly and professional presence.
Responsibilities
Monitor entrances, exits, and activity within the venue.
Ensure a safe and enjoyable environment for guests and staff.
De-escalate conflicts calmly and professionally.
Enforce venue policies and procedures.
Assist in emergency situations as needed.
Work collaboratively with fellow team members and management.
Help maintain cleanliness of the venue throughout the shift.
Requirements
Previous security experience preferred, especially in nightlife or entertainment venues.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.
Physical ability to stand for extended periods and respond quickly to situations.
Availability to work evenings, late nights, weekends, and all major holidays.
Must be dependable and a strong team player.
Class D License preferred but not required.
