A high-rise condominium on Bayshore Blvd in South Tampa, Florida, is seeking a PART TIME EMPLOYEE, SATURDAY & SUNDAY – 3:00 pm to 11:00 pm. This position involves screening visitors entering the building at our front gate.
JOB TITLE & DESCRIPTION: FRONT GATE
Be the main point of contact for access to the building.
Stopping visitors at the gate entrance and identifying where they are going
Contacting Residents to confirm guest arrivals
Directing Vendors/Contractors to appropriate parking areas for loading/unloading
Maintaining organization and cleanliness of the gate house
Follow-through with resident requests
Follow–through with front desk employees
Work a multi-line telephone system
Monitor the security cameras
QUALIFICATIONS:
Attention to detail
Ability to self -manage and stay on task
Have a professional appearance and demeanor.
Be organized and maintain a neat working environment.
Have excellent customer service skills that will serve the needs of the residents.
Be effective in communication in order to handle and diffuse complaints
Experience in customer service/hotel front desk environment.
Have a valid driver's license, reliable transportation and time management
Willing to undergo a background check and drug test
