About the Role:
We are seeking a professional, self-motivated candidate with a flexible schedule, to assist in installation of Wall Boards, Tv’s, surveillance cameras, communications and network-based systems. Paired with another installer or working independently, you will have the opportunity to work to solve challenges such as: staging low voltage electronic systems, operating power and hand tools for tasks such as drilling/cutting holes, running wires, installing wire raceway systems, conducting and troubleshooting equipment installation and setup. However, our top expectations for a new hire are: to be professional in demeanor and appearance; to treat our clients ethically and with respect; to demonstrate a willingness to learn and expand their knowledge of the industry; and to take pride in their work. Many of our installations are unique and require the ability to react quickly and creatively to situations in a calm and sensible manner.
About You:
Knowledge and Abilities:
Has strong construction site awareness and competency
Leads with safety when performing tasks
A fast learning and motivated individual
Comfortable taking direction from another installer but able to work independently
Detail-oriented and able to multi-task with ease
Ability to foresee and creatively troubleshoot problems
Comfortable working on a ladder-A-frame and extension
Comfortable with height’s 6ft-18ft up in the air via scissor lift
Able to lift up to 60 lbs.
Must have their own source of reliable transportation clean driving record preferred
Flexibility to travel for work when needed
No chemical dependencies
A clean driving record and soft background check is required for this position.
Experience:
IT network cabling or camera and network based systems or alarm system: 2 year plus preferred
Has prior work experience with installing audio, video, communication, or security cabling in a residential and/or commercial buildings
Has experience installing and setting up audio, video, remote controls, and communication equipment
Has prior experience operating power tools (power drills, various saws, and cutting tools) and termination of cat5e, Cat6, Coax cables
NOTE:
Be prepared for on onsite assessment with a lead technician, to get better feel for the candidate’s skills and understanding.

What we do!:
We are a full Network, Audio, video, and digital signage installer for residential and commercial businesses. Attention to detail, & above average level of customer service; That’s what we do Simply put we install, de-install, upgrade every/any network-based device in large chain to small restaurants/Dr. offices, and/or retail stores. We ensure all their network-based devices are connected to the internet and service management providers as well as managing small business networks and devices. Including but not limited to:
Single to Full indoor / outdoor Camera systems
(POS systems) point of sale / (cash registers) credit card machines
Speakers and whole integrated audio systems
Wi-Fi Access Points indoor/outdoor
Full network Racks (switches, patch panels, Meraki’s, circuit extensions)
Media player, wall board / (any surface -Tv mounting.
New bitcoin ATM machine installs and servicing
Complete new and existing Circuits
Working days & Hours:
Monday – Friday
2 days off every week Saturday and Sunday ( maybe a day during week if requested )
Hours are very flexible anytime from 5am – 11pm very few overnight (but is an option if available)
work orders scheduled to your availability ONLY
Pay Structure (independent contractor 1099 Only)
$16 - $25 An hr. (based on experience)
Performance review after 6 months consistent employment for possible pay increase or team lead
Travel Pay available for qualified work orders
