We’re a fast-growing brand in the beverage space looking for a reliable Warehouse & Fulfillment Associate to join our Clearwater team. This is a full-time position focused on overseeing all aspects of shipping, receiving, inventory management, and order fulfillment. Sales experience is a plus.
Role Responsibilities
- Fulfill and ship out customer and wholesale orders in a timely manner
- Pick, pack, and label items for shipment accurately
- Receive, organize, and stock incoming inventory
- Maintain warehouse cleanliness and organization
- Track and manage inventory levels; flag low-stock items
- Coordinate with carriers and print shipping labels
- Assist with returns, exchanges, and damaged goods
- Update order statuses in backend systems or platforms
- Occasionally assist with restocking partner locations or pop-up activations
- Customer Service
Skill Requirements
- Proficient in order fulfillment platforms (e.g., Shopify, ShipStation, etc.)
- Strong computer skills, especially Excel/Google Sheets (inventory tracking, reports)
- Comfortable using warehouse management and customer service software (e.g., Gorgias, Zendesk, etc.)
- Detail-oriented and highly organized
- Ability to lift and move boxes (typically 20–50 lbs)
- Basic understanding of shipping logistics and best practices
- Strong communication skills
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently and solve problems
- Prior experience in warehouse, logistics, or DTC fulfillment preferred
