Qualifications
Must have your own commute to work.
This candidate should be energetic and eager to learn Independent Distribution models
While not required, this candidate may possess up to 1-3 years' experience in sales operations, preferably in the snack, grocery, or beverage industry
This position requires the ability to prioritize responsibilities while remaining flexible to meet the day's objectives in a fast-paced environment
Ability to legally and safely operate a box truck
Capability to build trust and rapport through persuasion and respect
Requires ethical selling and negotiation skills
Ability to work independently
Must have attention to detail, organization, and ability to prioritize
Ability to lift, push, transport, and pull product weighing up to and over 40lbs
Must be at least 19 years of age and possess a valid driver's license

Responsibilities
.
Visit customers on a regular basis to sell and perform sales-related activities.

Engage store decision maker and offer recommendations to increase ROI by displaying a full line of Utz products.

Assess on-site product inventory and determines recommended sales/purchase quantities and varieties of product necessary to maintain adequate product presence.

Upsell and introduce new Utz products as appropriate to new and current customers.
.
Identify existing opportunities and new in-store product locations for increased product visibility and to motivate customers towards additional product purchases.

Participate in the negotiation of product prices, location, displays, and mix.
.
Solicit, process, and instantly fulfill product orders associated with his or her sales.

Build professional and lasting relationships with key store management
