Quick Ship is looking for an associate that can provide excellent customer service. The associate position is great for someone who likes to be busy, is organized, and likes to work with people.
We are a neighborhood store that is here to serve the needs of our surrounding community. Providing a friendly and efficient service is our number 1 priority.
Responsibilities include:
-Assist customers in shipping their packages, providing carrier options and recommendations
-Fulfill other services, such as notary, fax/copy, passport photo, fingerprinting
-Sorting, uploading, and filing of mail items
-Selling (internally) private mailboxes to inquiring customers
-Occasional lifting of boxes and objects
Must be available to work during the holidays (closed federal holidays)
Part-time (20 hrs) and Full-time (40 hrs) opportunities available, Monday-Friday and sometimes Saturdays (half day).
Prior packing and shipping experience is not required. On-job training with training pay.
